What was the highlight of L Hotel at Broadway
Great location and amenities, but passable cleanliness only
The location is the best aspect of this hotel. Easy, super easy access to amenities, eateries and shops. Right at the heart of little India.
The cleanliness needs to improve a lot. Lots of cockroaches in the room, small ones so keeping unopened food is a problem. The lifts need to be cleaned as well. The carpet smells very bad. An overhaul is needed at the same price!

For that price i was expecting little more. Not coming back
Location was OK, 8min walk to MRT(tube). Lots of shops and restaurants/bistro near by.
Bathroom was not so clean, the shower curtain was disgusting(mold), the sink could be cleaned more, toilet OK. Ceiling had marks of molds. Room carpet had few unidentified stains. The hallways were full of stuff(cardboard boxes, supplies...)

Pleasant
Reasonable cost for Singapore, near MRT and bus line, good Indian restaurants in the area.
Dated, could do a bit more refurbishment to make it a little more presentable. Aircon was working simply as a fan no minimal cooling effect.

The rooms were not spacious enough like previous stay, whereas the rate of the room were increased.
Rooms were much cleaner than our previous stay
They gave us a smaller room compared to price. They modified our room on the very last moment twice without informing us.
